What We Do

Tenacious Dialogues defines the importance of building cultural, social and emotional capital while leading diverse, culture changing environments. We share the strategies needed to produce positive outcomes that foster inclusive equitable practices and policies. The measure of success for these outcomes is an overall more diverse, inclusive and equitable environment. Our utmost goal is to identify implicit barriers and build strategies necessary for change.

We collaborate with leaders, constituents and stakeholders, to design and implement strategic priorities that advance DEI while enhancing diverse employee recruitment efforts to broaden outreach & recruitment strategies, including: talent acquisition/management, workforce engagement strategies, and organizational policies and practices.

" Shannon is an engaging and dynamic presenter. I recall one of the first sessions she did for a university on the topic of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She made everyone in the room feel at ease while discussing the intricacies of how a college campus needs to address these important issues and the role that each stakeholder has in the process. I have witnessed firsthand how Shannon guides her audience through these difficult conversations with grace, professionalism and humor. By the end of the session you leave with a better understanding of yourself and a renewed sense of purpose to continue to do the necessary work."
